China spreadsheet USA: accessories

This page lists 166 belts, caps, pieces of jewelry and small leather goods found on Weidian and Taobao, with buy links for Kakobuy, Litbuy, Oopbuy, and USFans and QC photos where buyers have shared them. Accessories rarely decide what a US shipment costs, so they work best as add-ons to a bigger order. The QC check is about details you only see up close: engraving, plating and edges.

Reading the QC photos of accessories

When an item reaches your agent's warehouse in China, the agent photographs it. A return or an exchange is still simple at that point; once the package is on its way to the US, it rarely is. What QC means

  • Engraving and lettering

On buckles, clasps and tags, the font and letter spacing separate a careful piece from a rushed one. A close-up is worth requesting.

  • Plating

Metal should have an even finish with no bubbles, scratches or darker edges where the plating has worn through.

  • Leather edges

Edge paint should be smooth with no drips, and the stitching along the border evenly spaced.

  • Box and extras

If you want the dust bag, card or box, make sure they are in the photos — then decide whether they earn the space they take.

Shipping accessories to the US

Small and light, accessories are the easiest items to tuck into a package that is already going to the US. The retail packaging is another matter: a rigid box can be bigger than the belt or necklace inside it, and you pay for that volume. US customs for packages from China

FAQ

Accessories: common questions

Should I ship a single accessory to the US on its own?

Usually not. Agents' shipping lines charge a minimum per package, and since the de minimis exemption ended for China in 2025, even a small package from China does not automatically enter the US duty-free. Alone, one item carries those fixed costs by itself; in a larger haul it shares them.

Will plated jewelry tarnish?

It can, depending on the base metal and how thick the plating is. Listings that name both are easier to judge; if yours doesn't, ask the seller before buying. Keeping jewelry dry slows tarnish.

Do accessories come in a box?

Some include one, some charge extra for it, and some ship in a plain bag. Packaging adds volume, so choose deliberately.
