Converter questions
What is a link converter for?
Most sellers on Weidian, Taobao or 1688 don't ship to the US themselves, so you need the same item opened inside a shopping agent's site, where it can go in your cart. The converter builds that agent address for you. It also works between agents: give it one agent's item link and it rebuilds the item for the others.
What kinds of links does it accept?
Item pages from Weidian, Taobao (Tmall included) and 1688, and most agent links that have the item inside the URL. Kakobuy links are built for all three marketplaces. Litbuy, Oopbuy and USFans links are built for Weidian only for now, since those are the formats we have confirmed.
My Taobao share link won't convert. Why?
Short share links like m.tb.cn are redirects; the item number appears only after the link opens. Open it in your browser, copy the full address from the address bar, and paste that one instead.
Does it cost anything, and do you keep my links?
It's free, and the conversion happens on your own device, so nothing you paste reaches us or gets saved. The links it gives you include our referral code; if you order through one, the agent may pay us a commission, and your price doesn't change.
