Choosing a shopping agent for US delivery
For a US buyer, the right agent is the one with the lowest landed total for your parcel: item, fees, shipping line and US duty together. Kakobuy, Litbuy, Oopbuy and USFans all quote that per parcel, so put the same item through each and compare the totals. No ranking can do that for you.

What we can verify
The four agents, side by side
We list only what can be checked. Service fees and freight prices change several times a year, and we have no delivery-time data we could stand behind, so you will not find a star rating or a “fastest to the US” badge here. This site earns a commission on sign-ups, which is one more reason not to rank.

“Links built here for” is what this spreadsheet can convert for each agent, not everything the agent can buy. None of the four public sites told us, without an account and a parcel, exactly which US lines it offers. That list depends on what is in the box, so we do not print one.
How to test a quote
A five-step test that beats any ranking

Pick one real item
Choose a find you actually want and note its weight from the listing. Use the same item at every agent, or the comparison means nothing.

Open it at each agent
Every card in the spreadsheet links to each agent that can buy it. For a link from elsewhere, paste it into the link converter.

Ask for a US quote
Use the agent's estimator, or its parcel page once you have an account, with your ZIP code and the same weight and box size each time.

Write down the line types
For each agent: which postal, express and tax-included (DDP) lines it offers for that parcel, and which of them include duties.

Add it all up
Item price + service fee + shipping inside China + international line + duties (included, or billed later) + any filing or brokerage fee. Compare those totals, not the freight.

Questions that matter more for a US address
Since de minimis ended, every parcel into the US owes duty and goes through a customs entry, so the agent's answers to these questions now affect your total as much as its service fee does. Ask support before your first parcel and keep the answers:
- On your postal lines, who files the US customs entry, and is the cost in the line price or charged separately?
- On your tax-included (DDP) lines, what happens if CBP assesses more duty than the line collected?
- On your express lines, does the courier bill me for duty and brokerage, and when?
- What is the free storage period, so I can combine several orders into one parcel?
- Which items will each US line refuse?
An agent that answers these clearly, in writing, has given you something no ranking can.

What is the best shopping agent for the USA?
We don't name one, because it depends on your parcel and on lines that change during the year. The test on this page takes a few minutes per agent and gives you a landed total you can compare directly.
Do all four agents ship to the United States?
Each sells to international buyers, and each quotes shipping lines per parcel and destination. Which US lines appear depends on your parcel's weight and contents, so the reliable way to know is to ask each one for a quote on the same parcel.
Which agent can buy from Taobao through this spreadsheet?

Does the agent decide how much customs I pay?
No. Duty is set by US Customs and Border Protection from the item's classification, origin and value. The agent's line decides who files the entry and whether the duty is in the price up front or billed to you later.
